We work with candidates at all levels and in all commercial law practice areas, from senior partners to newly qualified solicitors.

We also have significant experience arranging major team moves between law firms and brokering law firm mergers and associations.

We recruit on behalf of a wide range of major UK and US law firms. We also work with a number of smaller niche practices.

In-House

SSQ has a dedicated in-house division which recruits lawyers at all levels of seniority for major corporates, private equity houses and financial institutions.

The in-house division is led by June Mesrie.

International

SSQ also has offices in Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Australia, the United States and New Zealand.

Internationally SSQ recruits associates on behalf of law firm clients worldwide. In particular, SSQ specialises in recruiting Australian, New Zealand, Canadian and South African lawyers on behalf of major UK and US firms, both for these clients' London and other international offices.
