Katie Haworth studied Sports Science at Leeds University before moving to London in 2004. After working in the events industry for a few years, she commenced her career in legal recruitment at another well known professional services recruitment agency, before joining Shilton Sharpe Quarry in 2010 to focus on recruiting lawyers on behalf of companies and financial institutions.
