For our clients, we are able to provide a psychometric job profiling service that can help build a complete person specification for a vacancy prior to beginning the recruitment process.

Psychometric assessments assist candidates and clients to make informed recruitment decisions and we provide them as part of our service. Our model is recognised by the British Psychological Society and all of our UK team are trained and qualified assessors.
