You will have drive, personality and an entrepreneurial spirit and be looking to work in an environment with highly motivated, successful and driven recruiters. Ideally you will have prior recruitment experience but this is not essential. You also could be a top performing recruiter from another sector.

We are proud of our ongoing success and are looking to recruit an additional in-house consultant to work across the commerce, industry and banking sectors. Ideally you will have at least 1-2 years’ experience in the recruitment sector, although applications from lawyers looking to move into a recruitment role are welcome. It is important that you are entrepreneurial and able to demonstrate a strong track record of winning business, developing clients and fee earning. You will possess excellent oral and written skills and have a goal orientated, commercial approach and a “can do attitude”.
