Justin von Deutsch studied law at the University of Göttingen. After being admitted as a German lawyer in 2002 he practised as a lawyer with a focus on corporate and commercial law as well as in a key account role with a leading international human resources management consultancy based in Frankfurt. With his background Justin decided to embark on a career in legal recruitment. Since 2009 he has been working in the Frankfurt office of Shilton Sharpe Quarry advising companies, banks and financial services institutions on strategic legal recruitment.
