Ute Ritzer studied law at the universities of Dresden and Mannheim before changing to the Bachelor of Laws studies at the open university of Hagen. She graduated in 2008 with a focus on human resources and management sciences. Ute joined Shilton Sharpe Quarry in Frankfurt in summer 2008 initially as a researcher and has been working as a consultant since September 2009.
